Hello everybody, I was wondering if-

[Your usually cheerful broadcast from Milly is interrupted by a sudden burst of coughing and spluttering, and come to think of it, she sounds a fair bit croakier and stuffed up than she usually does.]

Excuse me. I was wondering if anybody's got any remedies for a terrible co-

[There she goes again.]

Cold. I hiccuped myself into a pond and I think made myself sick, and I've got far too many things to be getting on with- achoo!- to waste time being sick.

[Understatement of the century, it sounds like, as she's suddenly coughing and spluttering again.]

...my head hurts.

Yes, they are - as long as they're steamy. A long soak would do you good. If you have lavender or eucalyptus bath salts, they'll help ease things too. [Aromatherapy. It does help sometimes.]

It should help regardless. But if you're still feeling awful, we'll have things ready for you.
