Cold. I hiccuped myself into a pond and I think made myself sick, and I've got far too many things to be getting on with- achoo!- to waste time being sick.

[Understatement of the century, it sounds like, as she's suddenly coughing and spluttering again.]

Hello, you're looking for cold remedies? Though I will say now that getting rest is one of the most important things to do while you're ill.

I had a cold a while ago... Uwaa... I can't remember how I got over it. I know I went to the clinic though!

Rest goes a long way. Chicken soup is a nice feel-good remedy, healthy for you too. I like warm tea with honey as well. The clinic also has some cold medication.

Cold remedies? Well, rest is the best way to kill a cold. As is staying warm and well hydrated. Chicken soup, tea with honey and lemon, and ginger ale are all good things to have. Steamy showers also help with the congestion.

Though if you can, come down to the clinic. We have plenty of cold medication.
