Hello everybody, I was wondering if-

[Your usually cheerful broadcast from Milly is interrupted by a sudden burst of coughing and spluttering, and come to think of it, she sounds a fair bit croakier and stuffed up than she usually does.]

Excuse me. I was wondering if anybody's got any remedies for a terrible co-

[There she goes again.]

Cold. I hiccuped myself into a pond and I think made myself sick, and I've got far too many things to be getting on with- achoo!- to waste time being sick.

Cold remedies? Well, rest is the best way to kill a cold. As is staying warm and well hydrated. Chicken soup, tea with honey and lemon, and ginger ale are all good things to have. Steamy showers also help with the congestion.

Though if you can, come down to the clinic. We have plenty of cold medication.

Yes, they are - as long as they're steamy. A long soak would do you good. If you have lavender or eucalyptus bath salts, they'll help ease things too. [Aromatherapy. It does help sometimes.]

It should help regardless. But if you're still feeling awful, we'll have things ready for you.
